Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need
  • Develop and implement individualized counseling plans to support students' emotional and academic growth
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to create a supportive learning environment and promote student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of academic and behavioral interventions
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Provide crisis intervention and management as needed
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Valid School Psychologist license in the state of Minnesota
  • Experience in conducting assessments and evaluations in an educational setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
