We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Holland Construction Services. This role will be responsible for assisting project teams with processing subcontractor invoices for respective projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process subcontractor monthly pay applications, ensuring all required documents are submitted and validated.
- Process vendor invoices accurately and promptly, routing them to approvers based on predetermined criteria.
- Collect and track compliance documents, such as certified payroll and subcontractor waivers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with knowledge of construction management processes.
