- Lead and supervise Service Technician Helpers or apprentices assigned to your team.
- Ensure compliance with established safety protocols and regulations.

- Document all work completed, including service reports, invoices, and relevant paperwork.
- Interact professionally with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain tools, materials, and equipment used during service calls.
- Texas Journeyman electrical license or Master license.
- Extensive experience in the electrical field with a strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to supervise and guide a team.
- Excellent driving record and a valid driver's license.
