The Production Supervisor is a key member of the Adler Pelzer USA team, responsible for leading and managing assigned sections of the production floor during the afternoon shift. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure the efficient production of customer product lines and internal manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Manage personnel and projects within the department, ensuring that employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Process Optimization: Optimize plant resources to meet production schedules, ensuring that all functions from raw materials to finished goods are executed efficiently.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that equipment and machinery are properly used and maintained, requesting repair or replacement when necessary.

Requirements:
