Job Description: Program Operations Manager

Position Overview: ECOMPEX, Inc., a leading provider of Government Contract services, is in search of a Program Operations Manager to deliver essential support services for Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and supervision of contractor personnel.
  • Assist the internal Program Manager by offering strategic guidance and program oversight.
  • Engage with senior leadership to ensure the smooth daily operations of the program.
  • Facilitate the recruitment of qualified staff to support the operational team.
  • Supervise all assigned administrative, communication, data analysis, and engineering personnel, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Monitor and track the progress of all assigned personnel tasks effectively.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for the internal program manager regarding task status.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Ability to pass a Tier (T1) clearance/background investigation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in operational program support is necessary.
  • At least 5 years of experience in government contracting is required.
  • Extensive experience in preparing detailed program progress reports and briefing senior executives.
  • Proficient in project planning and execution, including managing timelines, tasks, and resources.
  • Significant experience in leading large teams and effectively resolving conflicts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Work Environment: This position may involve on-site or approved telework arrangements.

Travel Requirements: Travel is a necessary component of this role.
