Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, education, performance, and location. Job Description

This Surgical Orthopedic Nurse Fellow position is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and participate in transition to practice programs to develop clinical thinking and judgment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient care, observation, and documentation of patient healthcare needs
  • Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans under the direction of a registered nurse preceptor
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • BLS Provider certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire
