Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and conducting intakes and documenting health concerns and medical history.

  • Assist with the cultivation of a safe and comfortable facility, maintaining appropriate stocks of medical supplies and participating in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures.

Requirements
  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a similar role.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
