This position is a Seasonal Full-Time role for the first shift (Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm).

Under the guidance of Warehouse Leadership, a Bearhouse Worker may undertake various responsibilities, including organizing cartons, utilizing a radio frequency scanner for shipping, and preparing orders that may involve selecting, packing, assembling, and dressing the plush toys.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently gather products for each order using an RF scanner. Receive incoming products into the warehouse. Adhere to prompts for order picking. Operate a forklift, turret truck, and/or order picker (training provided on-site). Replenish stock and assist in locating/moving items. Assemble orders promptly. Follow specific instructions for each order to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Stuff, sew, and dress the plush toys. Review completed orders for accuracy, identifying and rectifying any product discrepancies. Perform additional tasks as assigned based on operational needs.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED certificate is required. Proficient reading skills in English. Preferred experience: 1-2 years in distribution, warehouse, or logistics. Capability to stand, walk, or sit for 8 hours or more daily. Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 lbs. Capacity to climb stairs multiple times throughout the day. Manual dexterity and physical capability to reach, stoop, kneel, and bend. Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Availability for occasional overtime, including weekends and holidays as required. Strong multitasking abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Commitment to safety standards. Experience using RF equipment and walkie-talkies. Dependable and reliable, demonstrating commitment to tasks. Open to supervision and coaching. Flexible and adaptable to changes; willing to assist in other warehouse departments as needed. Effective communication skills with teammates and leadership.
