The UPMC organization is seeking an experienced Professional Staff Nurse to join its team in a part-time capacity. Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for professional development. Our goal is to support our nurses in achieving their full potential and providing them with the resources they need to succeed.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating empathy and a passion for learning.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the care delivery team to achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in Pennsylvania or a compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Act 33 and Act 34 clearances.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds, as needed.
