Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our team at Willow Ridge Center in Maynardville, TN. As a CNA, you will work closely with our licensed nurses to provide high-quality care to our patients and residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to licensed nurses
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
