Colorado State Sales Representative

We anticipate that this role will come with a salary of approximately $90,000 - $110,000 per year, considering the industry standards and location factors.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ocean freight, air freight, custom brokerage, cargo insurance, and warehousing & distribution.
- Foster strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring their needs are met through our comprehensive logistics services.
- Maintain open communication channels with customers, colleagues, and management, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
- Conduct site visits and preliminary meetings to assess customers' requirements and tailor our services accordingly.
- Exceed sales targets and provide regular updates to management, driving growth and revenue for the company.
- Regular travel within Colorado may be required to engage with customers and partners.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding (ocean and/or air) is essential.
- Proven track record of successful sales prospecting and account development.
- Prior experience in using Cargo Wise One ERP and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
