Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a key member of our staff, you will provide critical support to students, collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized plans.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver counseling and support services to students, addressing emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Work closely with educators and families to create and implement tailored support plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide targeted interventions to enhance students' academic and social success.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Social Worker.
  • Preferred: Previous school experience.
  • Must hold a Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Social Worker endorsement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with students.
