Job Description
As a Senior Data Scientist/Large Language Model (LLM) Engineer at Qventus, you will explore our unique healthcare dataset to develop cutting-edge solutions leveraging machine learning, statistical, and mathematical optimizations. You will evaluate modeling approaches, build features, implement algorithms with fellow data scientists and product teams, and drive advances in ML & LLM solutions to boost Qventus intelligence and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solve operational challenges in healthcare using impactful models developed with various machine learning, LLM, mathematical, and statistical approaches.
- Collaborate with Product and Clinical partners to investigate, assess, and deploy proof-of-concept solutions in strategic business areas.
- Design comprehensive experiments and analytics to measure the net impact of interventions in healthcare settings.
- Create tools and resources to improve transparency in Data Science technical architecture and increase collaboration with engineering and analytics partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek individuals with 3+ years of research experience using a variety of statistical and machine learning techniques, particularly in NLP and explainable ML. Experience with developing, launching, and maintaining machine learning systems at scale, as well as tuning LLM systems, is essential. Strong cross-functional communication skills and hands-on data engineering experience are also required.
Benefits
At Qventus, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 per year, along with open paid time off, paid parental leave, professional development opportunities, wellness stipends, and generous employee referral bonuses.
