Job Title: Advanced Practice NICU Nurse

Salary Range:$100,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice NICU Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our neonatal intensive care unit, you will be responsible for managing complex cases, supporting clinical protocols, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex neonatal cases, including those requiring advanced life support and therapeutic interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify risks, and prioritize patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
  • At least 3 years of experience in neonatal intensive care nursing, preferably in a leadership or educator role.
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
