Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the intensive care unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and personal preferences.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.

Requirements:
