Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing intensive behavior support services to students with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans in collaboration with teachers and other support staff to ensure students receive consistent and significant behavior support.
  • Apply basic principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the school setting, as directed by a teacher and/or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and report required data and service documentation, and assist in graphing data to track student progress.
  • Assist with behavior assessments and facilitate independent work under the direction of a teacher.
  • Provide escort and assistance to students as necessary throughout various school and community settings.
  • Alert teachers and/or BCBA to any problem or special information about individual students.
  • Attend parent conferences and IEP meetings, as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician credential.
  • Listing on the Behavior Analysts Certification Board.

This position requires working in a fast-paced school environment, collaborating with teachers and other support staff, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
