Aon is seeking a highly skilled P&C Consultant to join our Transaction Advisory Services team in New York. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative and effective solutions to our clients, empowering them to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead due diligence projects of varying complexity, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including brokers, coverage experts, and client service teams, as well as external partners, such as private equity firms and insurers.
  • Develop and implement solutions to transaction issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to deliver insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Provide ongoing relationship management oversight to certain private equity clients, fostering strong partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations to clients and prospects, effectively communicating the value Aon brings to complex transactions.
Requirements
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating activities and information flow from a group of people within a specified timeframe.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to draw conclusions and see the big picture, while maintaining a focus on key details.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, from written reports to oral presentations.
  • Ability to perform under stress and tight timeframes, remaining calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop trust and confidence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Broker's license or willingness to obtain.
  • Insurance experience strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPCU certification a plus.
  • MBA, CPA, or JD a plus.
