We are seeking a highly skilled Teller to join our team at Honor Credit Union. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, processing transactions, and promoting Credit Union products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions
Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals
Cross-sell Credit Union products and services to achieve personal referral goals
Perform specific assigned side-jobs and assist other Tellers as needed
Ensure members are promptly and professionally served
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of Teller policies and procedures, as well as related compliance
Basic understanding of Company operations
Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment
