We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our team at AMR. As an EMT, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality medical care and treatment to patients in emergency and non-emergency situations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency medical services, including patient assessment, treatment, and transportation.

• Operate an ambulance safely and efficiently, adhering to company safety policies and traffic laws.

• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel to ensure seamless patient care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to company policies and regulations.

• Participate in community programs to promote AMR's image and establish strong community relationships.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Nevada State EMT License

• State Driver's License

• BLS, NREMT

• Driving record compliant with company policy

• Pass Physical Agility Test

Preferred Qualifications:

• Related experience in healthcare

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

• Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with extended workdays.

• May work indoors or outdoors with exposure to weather.

• May be exposed to moderate noise levels and poorly lit environments.

• Routinely lifting more than 200 lbs. with assistance.

• Pushing, pulling, reaching, lifting, bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, carrying, typing, and stair climbing.

• Visual identification of color-coded items.

• Clear speech and hearing.

• Must be able to wear a face mask or respirator with proper fit for extended periods when required.
