About the Role

As a Senior Restoration Coordinator at SERVPRO of Broome County, Tompkins & Tioga Counties, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating restoration projects to ensure timely and efficient completion. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will work closely with our team to provide comprehensive solutions for fire, water, mold, biohazard, cleaning, and other restoration needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate production processes for restoration projects, ensuring quality control and meeting customer expectations.
  • Communicate clear instructions to restoration technicians and supervise their activities, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Train production technicians in proper mitigation services and desired outcomes, fostering growth and development within the team.
  • Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided, maintaining high standards of record-keeping.
  • Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with restoration project managers and office staff to track project progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, creating happy customers through outstanding service and communication.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction, with IICRC certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects and work with/around cleaning agents.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer bonus pay and commission-based incentive pay.
