Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Tampa Area

We are currently seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our team at one of our 13 offices located throughout the Tampa area.
About the OpportunityThis is a full-time employed opportunity with a guaranteed salary plus bonus structure. The compensation package includes:
- MGMA-salary range: $250,000 - $350,000 per year
- Bonus structure based on performance metrics
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings. They will also have the opportunity to participate in clinical research studies and contribute to the development of new treatments and protocols.
Job DescriptionAs a Family Medicine Physician with Physician Empire, you will enjoy a flexible schedule with Monday-Friday hours from 8 am to 5 pm. You will not be required to perform hospital rounds or take overnight calls. The office has a relaxed atmosphere, and you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.

About Our FacilitiesWe have 13 offices across the Tampa area, each with a team of experienced healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality care. Our facilities are designed to promote efficiency and productivity, allowing our providers to focus on what matters most – patient care.
Each facility has a minimum of two providers and mid-levels on site, ensuring that patients receive prompt attention and treatment. We maintain a strong commitment to our community and strive to make a positive impact through our philanthropic efforts and outreach programs.
