Job Overview

M&O Perry Industries is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machine tools, including lathes and mills, to produce high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines to produce parts to exacting specifications
  • Perform quality checks and quality control on your own work and that of others
  • Update drawings and identify corrections from issued blueprints
  • Interact with engineering department personnel on design and updates
  • Develop basic system skills in MRP and engineering software programs
  • Participate in a Process of Ongoing Improvement to identify areas for improvement
  • Adhere to and implement the ISO QMS and company policies and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience as an overall machinist operator
  • 3-5 years of experience operating a mill and lathe performing lathe and milling machining operations
  • High School Diploma (Associates Preferred)
  • Able to work 40 hours a week
  • This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager
