Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Clinical Support: Assist ophthalmologists with various clinical tasks, including preparing patients for exams, performing diagnostic tests, and recording medical history.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, verify patient information, and perform general office duties as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with one year of related experience and/or training.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in using medical equipment.
- Certifications: COA or COT certification preferred.
