Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  1. Keeping communal areas clean and organized, including driveways, parking lots, curbs, and trash disposal areas.
  2. Updating supervisors on work progress and any arising issues.
  3. Conducting in-unit cleaning as required.
  4. Preparing units for new residents by performing thorough cleaning during move-ins and move-outs.
  5. Monitoring cleaning supply inventory and notifying supervisors when restocking is necessary.
  6. Inspecting property grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, reporting maintenance needs as they arise.
  7. Delivering exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents, fostering a positive living environment.
  8. Executing general preventive maintenance tasks.
  9. Cleaning common areas, including pool areas, laundry facilities, public restrooms, and hallways.
  10. Participating in training sessions provided by the company, covering topics such as safety and non-discrimination.
  11. Adhering to all company standards and relevant health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high level of motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic reading comprehension abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A foundational understanding of workplace safety protocols.
