Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan, is also offered.

Responsibilities
  • Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that fosters independence and personal growth for clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating client needs and goals, to promote optimal well-being.
  • Provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as medication management, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress, adhering to regulatory standards and agency policies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, preferably with experience in human services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to caregiving.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, as travel between locations may be required.
Work Schedule

This full-time position requires a Wed-Sat 3pm-11pm Sun 7am-3pm work schedule, totaling 40 hours per week.
