Job Overview

Burns Management is seeking a skilled Multi-Family Property Technician to join our property management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing timely and quality work in completing work orders for our properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with experience in working with a variety of equipment and systems. They will be able to lift and carry heavy objects, climb stairs and ladders, and work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Multi-Family Property Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with housekeeping and janitorial work, communicating effectively with the Maintenance Foreman, and performing corrective and preventative maintenance functions.

Our company offers a competitive salary of $21-$22 per hour, depending on experience. We also provide a gas allowance, company cell phone, uniform laundry program, boots, and outerwear. Additionally, we offer a 401K match and other benefits.
