Compensation:

Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze samples, blueprints, or directives to comprehend output specifications.
2. Strategically plan the sequence of actions required for job completion.
3. Measure and mark materials for cutting purposes.
4. Execute sawing, drilling, counterboring, and tapping operations as per shop specifications.
5. Inspect output to guarantee conformity to specifications and report any defects to management.
6. Maintain records of approved and defective units or final products.
7. Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and address minor repairs.
Required Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a machinist in a comparable role.
- Proficient in reading blueprints.
- Familiarity with operating and/or programming manual and semi-automated machinery.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of multitasking and delivering quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
