About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team as an Infant Teacher in our Early Head Start Program. As an Infant Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants aged 6 weeks to 20 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement weekly lesson plans for a classroom of 8 infants, promoting their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
  • Collaborate with a co-teacher and receive support from an aide to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
  • Document observations and track student progress using Teaching Strategies Gold and Creative Curriculum.
  • Enhance language development through the use of LENA technology and communicate with parents through Procare Software and Remind messaging.
Requirements
  • CDA Certification or 12 College Credits in Early Childhood Education (Required)
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Psychology (Preferred)
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged.
