  • Meticulously document student progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans based on ongoing evaluations.
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable insights and collaborating on the establishment of goals for student development.
  • Educate school staff and families on evidence-based strategies to support student growth and learning.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Pennsylvania OT licensure in good standing.
  • Prior experience working within a school setting is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with students and fostering their academic and personal growth.
