About the Role:
  • As a Preschool Teacher and Director, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds through engaging lesson plans and activities tailored to each child's developmental stage.
  • You will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
  • Strong communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Supervise and guide children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, concerns, and upcoming events.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 12 ECE Units
  • One year of experience in Early Childhood Education
  • CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional languages such as French, Armenian, or Spanish are a plus.
