Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at Food People Restaurant Group in Evans, GA.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sushi preparation and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Cutting, slicing, and filleting fish and vegetables to prepare sushi dishes
  • Inspecting the quality of products used in sushi preparation
  • Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines
  • Maintaining a clean work environment and sterilizing utensils and equipment
  • Greeting and interacting with guests
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior sushi experience is mandatory
  • Preference given to candidates with at least 1 year of restaurant experience
  • Applicants must demonstrate dependability, have open availability, and show a strong drive to succeed
  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time is necessary
