About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a Lube Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests by providing top-tier customer service and performing preventative maintenance services on their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and battery replacements.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Schedule flexibility - weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don't work late nights or holidays
  • An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
