Job Title: Night Shift Line Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Night Shift Line Operator to join our team at WL Plastics LLC.

Job Summary:

The Night Shift Line Operator will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and improving the performance of our extrusion equipment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products.
  • Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure optimal product quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure safe operation.
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Document machine operating conditions and product measurements to support quality control efforts.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work safely in a production environment and follow safety protocols.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour shift, including weekends and holidays.
