Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous service to guests, including setting up tables, serving water, bread, and coffee, and greeting guests by name.
  • Clean and maintain the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with closing duties, including storing reusable goods, breaking down equipment, and cleaning the dining area.
  • Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silverware prior to use.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality setting.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures.
