We are seeking an experienced Certified Mercedes Benz Technician to join our team at Swickard Auto Group. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, and maintaining a high level of technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise, staying up-to-date with the latest Mercedes Benz technologies and repair procedures.
- Work effectively with other team members, including service advisors, parts associates, and managers, to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Conduct multi-point inspections to identify potential issues and make recommendations to customers.
- Document work performed on each vehicle, ensuring accurate and complete records.
- Participate in factory-sponsored training classes and stay current with technical bulletins to maintain expertise.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of prior automotive diagnostic and repair experience as a technician or mechanic.
- Mercedes-Benz manufacturer certifications.
- Strong focus on customer service and a team player mentality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
