**Requirements**
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
- 2+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in varying weather conditions.
