At Fairfield Inn & Suites Savannah Airport, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of our guest rooms according to our hotel's policy standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Room Preparation: Ensure that all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new arrivals, including changing bed linen, vacuuming carpeting, dusting furniture, and removing fingerprints and smudges.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Clean the bathroom area, including the shower stall, sink, floor, and toilet, to ensure a hygienic and comfortable environment for our guests.
- Standard Room Setup: Ensure that the standard room setup is complied with, including the arrangement of furniture and amenities.
- Reporting and Communication: Report any damage found in a room, missing items, or personal guest items found in vacant rooms to the Executive Housekeeper immediately.
- Additional Duties: Assist the housekeeper in any additional cleaning chores assigned, shut off all lights, TVs, and air conditioners when leaving the room, and perform any other duties not specifically outlined above that are an inherent part of the position.
