The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to measure the success of process improvements, ensuring process improvements align with customer experience, quality assurance, and compliance requirements, and overseeing project portfolio management (PPM) to align projects with strategic business objectives.
