We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Patient Care Services to lead our nursing team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ICU, CVU, and House Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with other executives to make decisions about healthcare services and organizational priorities
- Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of supply, capital, and FTE budgets
- Recruit and retain nursing personnel in collaboration with Human Resources
- Serve as a liaison and resource to the Chief Nursing Officer and other stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Minimum of five years acute care nursing experience
- Progressive management experience
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Nurse Executive or Nursing Leadership Certification
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or related field

Additional License RequirementsActive MI RN license at time of submission
Weekend and On-Call RequirementsAs needed
