ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • Provide expertise in supporting the A589 as a 5th Generation Fighter Support SME.
  • Assist in identifying technical and operational challenges that may hinder C2 integration.
  • Deliver comprehensive services encompassing program management, strategic planning, engineering, technical support, and risk mitigation.
  • Evaluate business processes to identify capability deficiencies and establish key performance indicators.
  • Conduct thorough operational assessments, analyses, and technical evaluations of both current and emerging data link technologies.
  • Utilize operational knowledge to support users and act as a liaison between program offices.
  • Experience in Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) planning and programming.
  • Action Officer experience in planning and programming.
  • Experience in planning and programming as a rated 5th Generation fighter pilot.
  • Collaboration with Air Combat Command (ACC) in planning and programming efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of rated operational experience on fifth-generation fighter aircraft utilizing Tactical Data Links (TDLs).
  • Experience as a rated pilot on F-22 or F-35 aircraft.
  • Background in higher headquarters staff operations.
  • Proficiency in reviewing and drafting JCIDS requirements documentation.
  • Familiarity with various DoD Test and Training facilities and events.
  • 5th generation pilot experience on F-22 or F-35 aircraft.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
