Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in a Long Term Care environment. As a contract nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to residents in a Long Term Care setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment
- Experience working in a Long Term Care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
