Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current promotions, sales, and product information.
  • Ensure that the sales floor is well-organized, visually appealing, and meets Target's visual merchandising standards.
  • Process inbound deliveries, accurately receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with daily and weekly workload, prioritizing tasks to meet business priorities and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the General Merchandise team to achieve sales goals and improve processes.
