- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that address physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Administrative and Clinical Support
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the clinic through timely administrative and clinical support.
- Manage electronic medical records, communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Education and Development
- Develop and implement patient education programs to promote health literacy and self-management skills.
- Mentor and educate new staff members, students, and peers to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Quality Improvement
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, safety, and outcomes.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and implement evidence-based practices to improve care delivery and patient experiences.
- Credentials
- Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
- CPR certification (child and adult), BLS required.
- Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in outpatient or community settings, preferably in pediatrics and adults.
- Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and computer software.
