We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of nursing professionals at IntelyCare. As a CNA with IntelyCare, you will have the flexibility to choose your own shifts and work at various facilities within our partner network.

About the Role

  • Assist residents with daily activities such as mobility, personal hygiene, toileting, feeding, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Monitor residents throughout the shift and alert the broader nursing team to any concerns
  • Check vital signs and report any abnormal events to supervising staff
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by changing linens and helping to clean residents' rooms
  • Offer companionship and a compassionate ear to residents and their loved ones

Requirements

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Effective organizational skills and communication skills
