Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at the Flying Saucer Draught Emporium. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and Serve Guests
  • Welcoming and engaging with customers, taking orders, and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage Bar Area
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment as needed.
• Upsell and Promote
  • Offering recommendations and promotions to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Handle Cash and Credit Transactions
  • Processing payments, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
• Work as a Team Member
  • Collaborating with other staff members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.

Requirements

• Education and Certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • TABC/ABC certification and Food Handlers Certificate required.
• Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of beer and wine a plus.
