Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in a Hospice care setting. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need of end-of-life care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting and feeding
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Support patients and their families with emotional and spiritual needs
Requirements:
- Active CNA license in the State of CT
- Licensed driver with good driving record
