Job Summary

The Head Cashier is a key member of our store team, responsible for ensuring seamless customer transactions and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Assist with register operations, including balancing the register drawer and adhering to company policies
  • Support office operations, including receiving, invoices, and inventory adjustments
  • Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of new cashiers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or office management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Compensation

$14.00 per hour
