Job Title: IT Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our IT infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations and security, with a proven track record of improving cybersecurity posture and leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the planning and design of infrastructure and cybersecurity systems
* Manage a team of network engineers
* Provide daily leadership and management to the Infrastructure and Security teams
* Assist the Director of Infrastructure and the CIO in drafting goals and objectives

Requirements:

* Minimum 10 years' experience leading and maintaining IT operations and security departments
* Extensive experience and knowledge of Azure and Microsoft technologies
* Strong experience improving organizations' cybersecurity posture
* Expert in O365 and Microsoft environment
