About the Role

The Physical Therapist will provide Physical Therapy services to patients in their homes, working in compliance with all applicable practice acts and standards of clinical practice.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the interdisciplinary client care plan as it pertains to Physical Therapy
  • Teach, supervise, and counsel the family and client in the physical therapy program
  • Communicate with other team members and instruct them in certain phases of physical therapy
  • Write clinical/progress notes and incorporate them in the client's record according to company policy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent education
  • Licensure to practice as a PT in the State of Florida
  • Home healthcare experience is preferred but not essential
  • Electronic medical record experience is preferred but not essential
