Key Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment and tools to cut, process, and assemble window components
  • Use material handling equipment to efficiently move materials throughout the plant
  • Pack and label finished goods to meet quality and safety standards
  • Inspect windows and equipment to identify and report any issues
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, adhering to safety and housekeeping standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including cross-training and housekeeping
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in an assembly-line or manufacturing environment preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
